Working as a radiographer in the UK presents several
opportunities both professional and social. Whether you're learning a
new modality (we often have MRI training positions) or just taking off
for a few weeks skiing in the French Alps between locums, RSG Australia can provide

Before you leave the country, RSG Australia will assist you in

- Firstly you will need to apply to register with the Health
Professions Council (HPC, formerly the CPSM). This process
can take between 2 and 4 months, so it is very important that
you get your application in well before you plan to travel to
the UK. (As with all aspects of your trip away from Australia,

- Visa —
No, not a credit card! Most Australians will need to have a visa in their passport in order to work in the UK. There are several types of visas including a Youth Mobility Visa, which allows you to work for 2 years, and an ancestry visa which provides a 4 year work visa if you have a grandparent born in the UK.
